1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the jom91 site ("Platform"), you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement forms a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and jom91 ("Platform" or "We").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to the Terms & Conditions is considered acceptance of the updated version.

2. Age Limit and Eligibility

Use of the jom91 Platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the age limit set under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

jom91 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Users are required to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or a recognised identification document when requested. Failure to provide the documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

• Only Malaysian citizens or valid residents may register.
• Individuals prohibited by the laws of their country from participating in online gambling activities are not eligible to register.
• Employees, partners, or representatives of jom91 and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in certain promotions or competitions.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted only one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds.

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including full name, mobile number, email, and identity card number (MyKad). False or incomplete information may cause transaction verification to fail and withdrawals to be delayed.

An account is the personal property of the user and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. jom91 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by a third party due to the user's negligence in keeping their password confidential.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The jom91 Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB and others), Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20.

The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Qualifying withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the relevant verification requirements.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the name of the registered user.
• jom91 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for security review purposes if required.
• Any taxes, bank charges, or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are entirely the responsibility of the user.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jom91 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum value of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value received, not the deposit value.

Applicable calculation examples: A RM100 deposit yields a RM100 bonus, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before any funds can be withdrawn. For a RM1,200 deposit, a RM500 bonus is awarded bringing the balance to RM1,700. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses are for use within the platform only and cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Attempts to abuse promotions, including hedge betting, may result in cancellation of the bonus.
• jom91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

6. Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the jom91 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and horse racing, are subject to their respective specific game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jom91 platform:

• Use of any automation software, bots, or scripts to assist in gameplay.
• Collusion or secret agreements between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Carrying out cyberattacks, unauthorised access attempts, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of deceiving the system.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where necessary, legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

jom91 is committed to protecting users' personal information in accordance with current data security practices. Information collected during registration and platform use is used for identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and service improvement.

Users' personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without user consent, except where required by law or the relevant regulatory authority.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jom91 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• Activities that violate the fair play rules as stated in Clause 6 have occurred.
• Multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Failure to submit verification documents within the specified period.
• A mandatory request from the relevant authority or regulatory body.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The jom91 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. jom91 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

jom91 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• Betting decisions made based on a user's personal interpretation of information on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates that affect the value of deposits or withdrawals.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

jom91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by registered email.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the current terms of use. The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page and the date of the last modification will be recorded.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay-language version and the English-language version of this document, the Malay-language version shall apply for users in Malaysia.
